  3. When reserving training, Clients provide the following information via the form or email: name and surname, postal code, city, street address with house/apartment number, company name, tax identification number (NIP), and email address.
  4. While using the Website, additional information may be collected, including: IP address assigned to the Client’s computer or external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, operating system type.
  5. Navigational data may also be collected, including information about links and references clicked or other activities undertaken on our Website. This information is collected through external applications for analyzing user behavior on websites.

§ 2. How Do We Use the Collected Data?

  1. When a training reservation is made through the Website, the Client’s data is used to provide the service and for marketing purposes (e.g., information about new training sessions conducted by [ation] center), provided the Client has consented to receive such information via email or phone.
  2. Navigational data may be used to improve Client service, analyze statistical data, customize the Website to Client preferences, and administer the Website.
  3. We may share stored personal data with:
